Lenny Bruce is not afraid, especially since he's dead. But even if he weren't pushing up daisies, he was smart enough to know 2012 does not mean it's the end of the world. CGPGrey gives us the break down on the Mayans, the apocalypse and science.

"The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, and I hope everything on my list will be there".
There's lots of Christmas Specials but we all know Pee-Wee's Playhouse Christmas Special is the best. Featuring the regular characters from the Playhouse, as well as loads of guest stars, Pee-wee teaches Little Richard how to ice skate, forces Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello to make Christmas cards, ignores a phone call from Dinah Shore, tells Whoopie Goldberg she can't be on the Special, goes for a sleigh ride with Magic Johnson and even meets Santa Claus. Plus, there's Charo and lots of fruit cakes! Now that's a Christmas Special!

Genrocks gives a look at all the films this year - the good (Win Win, X-Men: First Class, Poetry), the bad (Super, Sucker Punch) and the ugly (I'm talking to you, Adam Sandler).

You'd have more luck playing Pick-Up Sticks with your butt-cheeks than finding a better poster for the John Hugh's classic, Planes, Trains and Automobiles. Artist Sam Gilbey created this amazing poster for the film. If you'd like a print or would like to buy me one for Christmas, be sure to order a copy here.
