Growing up, I loved Batman and Superman. Over the years, the Batman I loved as a kid, the hero who was nice and helpful, has been replaced by a brooding, grumbling, sourpuss who I don't recognize anymore. Superman has always been too much of a Boyscout for me but in this cartoon, he's hilarious and more believable than he's ever been portrayed on screen or in comic books. Who knew Superman was so much fun? Certainly not his readers.
