Remember when Uncanny X-Men comic books were something special? Remember groundbreaking stories like The Dark Phoenix Saga, God Loves, Man Kills and Days of Future Past? Growing up, I read X-Men comics every month and couldn't wait for the next issue and easily became my favorite comic book. Written by Chris Claremont and drawn by John Byrne, Uncanny X-Men was the coolest title of the month.
